With the success of "Team GB", as my flatmate likes to call them, I find myself a little envious of the success of Great Britain while RoI resides at the very bottom of the chart.
I'm not a sport supporter, and I never have been, but I am feeling the need to be a bit patriotic on this front. So I went to find the Irish schedule of events:

I was surprised to see that we were so well represented, when there has been barely any coverage - even in the main parts of the news that keep an eye of. Surely thereare some aspects of the Irish olympic experience that are worth reporting outside of the sport pages?
